Through our secure Members Portal, you can view claims and provider visit data, access eligibility data, update address information, print temporary Member ID cards, request official Member ID cards, and access various forms.

You can use your flexible eyewear allowance annually to get frames, lenses, contact lenses, and lens enhancements. Even non-prescription eyewear is covered! You can purchase exactly what you need for the health of your eyes.
In addition, you'll receive a 20% discount on glasses and a 10% discount on contact lenses for any overages from most providers.

Need a weekend appointment? We've got you covered. CEC's network includes 25 national retail optical chains, including Visionworks, Walmart, Target Optical, and LensCrafters.
To schedule an appointment, use our Provider Search to find a provider near you. Then, call the office you prefer to see and let them know you have a CEC vision plan. They will be happy to assist in scheduling an eye exam at a time that is convenient for you.
