What do I do if I've forgotten my password and username for the Broker Resource Center?

If you forget your login information, simply click the “forgot password” or “forgot user name” links and it will be sent to your email automatically.

Can I obtain benefit information about my groups?

Yes.  You can log into our online portal to check information for a specific group.  If you do not have a username and password, please contact our Client Relations Department to get set up.

Where can I check the status of a claim?

To check on the status of a claim, please contact our Claims Department.

Whom do I call for billing questions?

Our Accounting Department will be happy to assist you with any questions you related to billing.

How do I request a proposal?  How long does it take?

You can request a proposal by filling out our Proposal Request Form or by contacting our Sales team at quotes@cecvision.com.  We ask that you give us 5-7 business days to complete your proposal.

How do I find a provider in your network?

Simply visit our Find a Provider page.  There you can search by zip code, city and state, doctor’s last name or practice name.

Do you offer comprehensive plans and eyewear only plans?
